Date of receiving Sealed Tenders in Letter Heads   : from 20/08/2018 to 28/08/2018 up to 2:00 PM
Time & Date of opening Tenders                             : 3:00 PM of 28/08/2018

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed manufacturers / dealer for supplying of 60 mm thick interlocking designer paver block M- 35 grade as per IS: 15658 – 2006 at college campus including Tax and other costs. Catalogue for different designed to be submitted with rates. Trade License, IS – certification, Strength Certificate, Compant details / certificate, PAN Card, GST certificate, Location details etc. to be submitted. Earnest money of Rs. 4,000/- to be submitted by DD / Banker’s cheque with quotation to be adjusted bill or refunded after seven days from the date of opening of tender. 1% Income Tax to be deducted from the bill. Payment will be made after seven days from the date of supply of materials up to the satisfaction of the authority. Sample of Product to be submitted with quotation. Approximate quantity to be supplied about 8000 Sft. (May very if required). No excess rates will be provided is requirement is high or low.
